Learning to Code

Recently I decided to start learning some coding languages. I find that I can talk about every aspect of gaming for hours on end and what is a game but code come to life? In any case, I can't afford to go to school again so, after asking friends and hunting, I found that there are quite a few sites that offer free lessons. I will share with you here two of the sites I like.

- Code Academy is an online learning site specifically for coding languages. They don't have lessons for every coding language, but it's a very "walk you through it" setup. Check them out here.

- I also found Coursera. They offer courses from actual universities in quite a few disciplines, some of which are offered in different languages. Most of their courses are free and some of them come with their Signature Track Option. This option offers you a way to verify that you completed the course for a nominal fee (each school differs). Check out Coursera here. Also check out an overview of Signature Track here.

There are many, many other learning resources out there for anyone who wants to learn for fun or wants to enhance their skill set. Hunt them down!
