So I'm sure everyone has been keeping an eye on the PS4 vs. Xbox One battle and so far a lot of places seem to be sold out of both the coveted game systems. And I got to thinking, there seem to be three types of console gamers: Xbox, Playstation, and Both? Some people are hard core Xbox people; some people are hard core Playstation people; and then, like me, some people are like that little girl in that one commercial "Why not both?" I enjoy games on both consoles (or consoles made by both companies rather and I'm also a PC gamer). Both have pros, cons, good games, maybe bad games . . . and, eventually, some really bad games . . . So it seems logical, though in many cases not practical or monetarily possible, to enjoy both consoles when you can right?
So my question for the interwebs (should anyone choose to answer) is: what do you think? Do you absolutely loathe one console and absolutely love the other? Or do you fall in between? OR do you not get video games/video game consoles entirely? And please feel free to provide solid evidence of your thought process; I really kind of want to get it . . . I've been in a rather philosophical gamer mode lately :-)
Oh and . . . Wii U is pretty awesome, yay! It's just not really part of the battle at the moment. It's kind of sitting idly by, sipping lemonade, enjoying the sun . . . while Xbox and Playstation beat the hoo-ey out of each other . . . Yeah . . .
